Enjoy local farmer’s markets and the fine array of locally sourced ingredients to prepare your ‘piece de resistance.’ Delia Smith cookery books are available for inspiration!

In house cuisine:

Delicious home cooked meals can be prepared by Lesley to your requirements and guests have the choice of ‘silver service’ to simple al fresco meals with a  barbecue.  Lesley’s culinary skills are renowned. As a talented private chef and events caterer, she has the ability to create the most inspiring dishes from the fabulous local produce.  Enjoy perusing one of her menus but remember - she will create specialist dishes exclusively for you.

If you need to venture beyond Patchole Manor there are a number of vibrant restaurants to enjoy top quality food.
The acclaimed artist Damien Hirst is part owner of 11 The Quay, Ilfracombe.  Here there is an eclectic mix of food and art providing a whole new dining experience.
