
We ask that you arrive after 16.00 and depart by 10.00.
Please let us know your anticipated arrival time on the booking form.
All bookings are taken in good faith and if for any reason we have to cancell all monies paid will be reembursed with no penalties paid.
Bookings for one night stays only taken at short notice
This tariff reflects 5% discount for a stay of three days or more and 10% discount
for a stay of seven days or more.
A deposit of is required for Bed and Breakfast.
Cancellation insurance is advisable
Two thirds of confirmed booking is due when cancelled if we are unable to re-let.
DEPOSIT; A £200 non returnable deposit is required for bookings.
BOOKINGS/PAYMENT; Telephone bookings remain firm for five working days pending return of booking form and deposit/payment.
We reserve the right to re-let Patchole Manor if the deposit is not returned within seven days of your phone booking.
SHORT BREAK BOOKINGS; Full payment is required with your booking form.
CANCELLATION; If you have to cancel please advise us immediately and we will endeavour to re-let Patchole Manor and return your payment. If this is not possible all monies paid will be forfeited. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
PARTY SIZE; The number of people and pets occupying Patchole Manor shall not exceed the number stated on the booking form with out prior consent.
DOGS; Must not be let upstairs, on the furniture or left unattended in the house.
Any mess must be removed immediately. Please keep pets on a lead when out side.
ACCESS; The owners reserve the right to have access at any time.
CLEANLINESS; We try to maintain a very high level of cleanliness and comfort at all times. The hirer must undertake to keep all furniture and fittings in the same good condition as on arrival.
SMOKING; Is not allowed in Patchole Manor.
AGA;Available to use October to May.
RISK; The owners cannot accept liability for loss, damage or injury to the hirers property, vehicles, pets etc or for personal injury, howsoever caused.
BREAKAGES; All breakages must be notified immediately & paid for at a cost determined by the owners. (Do not replace any items without the owners’ prior consent).
